Mimi & Coco is a beautiful complex of three private houses that offers all the facilities a family might need for everyday living with comfort and luxury. Your Location
You are in the area of Paramonas in West side of Corfu facing the Mediterranean Sea. Still unspoiled, you have the opportunity to discover a variety of beaches, enjoy water sports and keep in touch with nature. Nearest (2,4 km) village is Agios Mathaios, with representative architecture, where you can find mini markets and a couple of Grills and taverna. Further North and in 4km distance Pentati village settles on top of the hill with marvelous view. A couple of taverna with traditional Greek food also can be found in the area.
Sustainability
Mimi & Coco has been designed and built with absolute respect to the environment. Building materials like stone, soil from Santorini,sheep wool etc brings this structure in the highest level of energy conservation. Interior physical ventilation can reduce and keep temperature in affordable levels during the summer and credits goes to our beloved architect Mr Chatzimixalis. Therefore, the property is 100% eco-friendly and is in harmony with the natural surroundings of the island. Since nature is of paramount interest to us, we have come up with innovative services and we encourage our guests to enjoy their stay in a natural, ecological manner.

Water consumption is of great priority for us. Please do your best to assist us in that effort.
Your Sleep
Your sleep is also a top priority. For that we have equipped your villa exclusively with the very top materials of Coco Mat. Coco Mat is a high end company in the production of ecological beds, mattresses, pillows, linen, towels and furniture. Advocates of the environmental protection we have join forces and we will try to participate and support several actions across Corfu and Greece.

Anastasios is your host. In any case feel free to contact us if you have any problem.
Xrisa and Vivi are your daily mates always there to help. Our ladies are available from 8:00 to 14:30.
Cleaning
Our staff will happily clean your villa every other day. Cleaning ends no later than 14:30. In case you do not want service kindly let us know in advanced.
Daily Life
As locals we have a number of things to propose and have gathered our knowledge for the island in our M & C blog.
Breakfast
You can have breakfast between 9:00 am and 10:30 am. Please make sure you order online until 24:00 previous night otherwise fill the form in your villa and leave it on the table outside.
Wi-Fi
Your villa is equipped with AiMesh technology so you do not have to change hot spots while you are moving. Your password is mimiandcoco2021
Garden and Pool
Every other day your pool is being cleaned by a professional company. Cleaning is taking place very early in the morning so you probably won’t notice anything. Water treatment is also supervised continuously and we use the least amount of chemicals.
Our garden is totally designed and planted with Mediterranean flora. You will notice Mr Ibrahim taking care of it during the afternoons.
Your keys
Upon arrival we will hand you your villa key plus the remote control for the parking area.Please make sure you close the sliding door when you use it.
Water
Water is potable and in our area has a great quality. If you visit Corfu town ask for bottled.
Drinks
In your fridge you will find a variety of Premium Greek Wines, Premium Beers, Refreshments and the upscaled Clumsies Cocktails. Prices are online and exclude VAT. Our ladies will replace them as long as you consume them
Bathroom Mirrors
Your mirrors have integrated speakers. Connect your smartphone through Bluetooth (0000) and enjoy.
